Save the Date: CBS Hosts Innovating Teaching and Learning Event on December 11th

Join faculty and staff for a full-day exploration of AI’s transformative role in education

CBS is excited to announce “Innovating Teaching and Learning at CBS 2025 – AI in Business Education” on December 11th, 2025. This comprehensive event will bring together CBS faculty and staff to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping higher education.

“This is an opportunity for our entire teaching community to come together and actively shape how we integrate AI into business education,” says Learning Consultant Mathias Lund, one of the event organizers. “We’re not just talking about AI – we’re experiencing it, experimenting with it, and envisioning our future with it.”

A Day of Inspiration, Application, and Vision

The event kicks off with an international keynote from Dr. David Lefevre of Imperial College London, followed by hands-on demonstrations of AI tools and platforms. Participants will then dive into parallel workshop tracks covering everything from “AI & Exams” to “Student AI Literacy” and “AI-Enhanced Feedback & Assessment.”

The afternoon features collaborative scenario-building workshops where participants will explore themes like “Master’s Reform at CBS,” “Vision Forming for 2035,” and “Hopes and Concerns for the Next Decade.” The day culminates with a fireside chat featuring CBS President Peter Møllgaard and Dean of Education Anna Thomasson.

“We want participants to leave not just inspired, but equipped with practical insights and a clear sense of CBS’s direction,” Mathias Lund explains.

A major highlight will be showcasing the findings from some of the CBS’s 14 AI pilot projects, which have just launched and will have months of real classroom experience to share by December.

The event takes place at Solbjerg Plads in room SPs16 BCG and is open to all CBS faculty and staff interested in the future of education.
