Join us for this Lunch & Learn session with Liping Jiang (Associate Professor, Department of Operations Management), who will share her experiences implementing the format in the Shipping Business Analytics course at CBS. 

Liping will reflect on:

• How structured assignments replaced the traditional final exam.
• What worked well, what challenges emerged, and how students responded.
• Insights on fostering engagement, feedback, and deep learning throughout the course.

The Lunch & Learn series at EDQ showcases innovative teaching practices, tools, and faculty experiences in a 30-minute online format. Each session includes a 15-minute presentation or demonstration, followed by an open Q&A and discussion—an opportunity to learn and share ideas over lunch.
