On-demand

The workshop is offered based on expressions of interest.

In-person

This 3 hour workshop takes place on campus.

Course content

The workshop offers a structured opportunity for Course Coordinators in a programme, Study Board members, or faculty at a Department to discuss the contextual interpretation of the Nordic Nine dimensions and strategies for their meaningful implementation in teaching.

The workshop is custom-designed in close collaboration with the Study Director, Head of Studies, or Head of Department to ensure alignment with the group’s specific teaching context, including study level, disciplinary focus, and relevant employer orientation. It may include:

  • Facilitated group discussions led by learning consultants on selected NNs and their interpretation within the relevant context, e.g., based on Reflection Cards,
  • Presentations from colleagues showcasing examples of successful implementation of NN in teaching, and
  • Individual reflection activities to consolidate learning.

Since 2020, CBS has been implementing the NN framework as part of the CBS Strategy, “We transform society with business.” This framework adds an extra dimension to CBS programmes, going beyond traditional skills and qualifications to include transformative capabilities – preparing students to navigate uncertainty, engage in lifelong learning, and contribute to addressing grand challenges with compassion for themselves, others, and the planet.

Building on the experience gained throughout this period, the workshop aims to help participants design meaningful learning opportunities that foster a coherent, progressive student learning journey at CBS.

  • Be able to draw inspiration for their own context from examples and best practices presented by colleagues who have implemented NN in their teaching.
