How to practice continuous feedback

In this workshop, you will be introduced to the term ‘continuous feedback’ and get some hands-on experience with applying continuous feedback activities in your teaching. You will also be presented with different feedback examples.

In the first part of the workshop, you will be introduced to some of the theoretical and practical aspects of continuous feedback as well as different feedback types. In the second part of the workshop, you will work actively and engage with your colleagues in order to reflect on how to apply continuous feedback activities in your teaching and how to integrate them into your course design.

It will be possible to work with specific feedback types according to your preferences.

The workshop will cover the following areas:

  • What is continuous feedback?

  • Examples of continuous feedback activities, e.g. peer feedback, quizzes and rubrics

  • How to work with continuous feedback in practice

  • Working actively with your colleagues in order to apply continuous feedback activities in your teaching.

After the workshop you will be:

  • Familiar with different types of continuous feedback activities and feedback types

  • Familiar with how to work with continuous feedback in practice

  • Equipped with a wide range of feedback tools to use in your teaching
