Introduction course for CBS instructors in English

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

This course is designed to introduce the role and practice of student instructors at CBS. Participants will gain knowledge about teaching and learning, pedagogical and didactical tools, and theories, while also engaging in discussions and collaboration with other student instructors from across CBS.

The course involves a combination of presentations and exercises facilitated by both teachers and participants.

For CBS instructors only.

Intended learning outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Reflect critically on the pedagogical and didactical dimensions of teaching and facilitating exercise classes and apply this reflection to their own instructional practice.
• Employ tools and theories to plan exercise classes that align with student learning outcomes and incorporate diverse teaching strategies.
• Utilize concrete examples and experiences to successfully engage with and support students in their learning.
• Collaborate with other instructors in a solution-oriented manner to identify and address challenges in their instructional practice.

Please note that attendance in the course is mandatory when working as a CBS student instructor.
