Faculty development

Our broad catalog of continuing professional development (CPD) activities is designed for those who wish to develop their pedagogical skills, explore teaching and learning scholarships, or complete courses and training within teaching and learning. The development activities are divided into three categories.

Formal offers include courses, workshops, and other activities offered by CBS or other higher education institutions aimed at competence development of teaching and management of education.

Participant-led activities include participant-organized and -driven activities including special interest groups, participation in education tracks of conferences, and scholarly documentation of education practices.

Finally, the category of other activities includes activities not covered by the other two categories and may consist of development activities in areas outside education but with relevance for the continuous development of competencies in teaching and education.
