Converting your exams and teaching activities - fall/winter 2020

The infection rates continue to increase in the Copenhagen area, so the Danish authorities have announced further restrictions in the capital area to contain the transmission of the virus.

Until further notice, the national restrictions will apply from 7 December 2020 until 2 January 2021. They imply that all tasks in principle have to be carried out from home. Some exceptions may be made for specific teaching and exam after detailed assessments with regards to feasibility and quality.

Please update yourself with the latest information on the conversion of exam and teaching activities in the Canvas Teacher Hub by clicking here.

Technical equipment

It’s a good idea to use an external camera and microphone/headset if possible. You can even use the headphones for your regular mobile phone.

If you don’t have any microphones or cameras, you can borrow one from your department or Teaching & Learning. Please contact the relevant contact person from your department or write to tl@cbs.dk to make a request for borrowing equipment from Teaching & Learning. Please state what kind of equipment you need (camera, microphone, headset, etc.). Please notice that there is no guarantee that we have the equipment in stock (because of the long delivery times) – so please notify us as soon as you know you will need the equipment.

You can find some quick guides on how to use the external equipment here.

Webinar recordings

We have uploaded recordings of some of the webinars that we have been hosting previously, so that you can watch it anytime and anywhere.

PANOPTO WEBINARS:

You can watch a recorded Panopto webinar here. If you need any further assistance regarding the use of Panopto, you are welcome to contact Mads Szylit Larsen at msl.tl@cbs.dk.
